Your Emirates roster, on your phone or tablet
Starlog Sync for your Mac or PC
Install it once on your computer. Starlog Sync reads your roster every hour and sends it to Starlog on your phone, sealed with a key only your phone holds. You only hear from it when Emirates wants a new sign-in.
macOS 12 or later · Windows 10 or 11 · included with Starlog
- Install and open Starlog Sync — it lives in your menu bar (Mac) or next to the clock (Windows).
- Pair your phone: scan the code with your iPhone Camera and tap Pair.
- Sign in to the crew portal on Microsoft’s own page: your Emirates e-mail, then approve in Authenticator. Starlog Sync remembers the e-mail, so a later sign-in is just the approval.
Emirates keeps the aircraft registration only for recent flights, so older ones arrive without it. Import your previous logbook in Starlog for those; Starlog takes over from the day you start.
On your phone alone: the roster PDF
No computer to hand? The portal’s roster PDF brings every duty in at its scheduled times.
- Open Microsoft Edge on your phone and sign in to the crew portal — Emirates lets only Edge open it on a phone.
- Open your roster and tap the portal’s Print / Email.
- Share the PDF and choose Starlog. Your duties arrive at once.
A printed roster has no registration, aircraft subtype, crew or actual block times — Starlog Sync adds those the next time it reads your roster.
Unpairing
In Starlog: More → Emirates sync → Unpair this computer. In Starlog Sync: Settings → Forget this computer.
